Dear St. Alberic of Citeaux,
We turn to you in prayer, seeking your intercession and guidance. You were a man of deep faith, a spiritual leader and a founder of the Cistercian Order.
We ask for your help in our own spiritual journey, that we may be guided by the example of your humility and devotion. Help us to be strong in our faith and to persevere in our efforts to follow the will of God.
We ask for your guidance in our efforts to serve the Church, and for the courage to do so even in the face of difficulty or opposition. We pray for the grace to be faithful in our duties, and to always remain true to the teachings of Jesus.
We also ask for your blessings on all those who have been called to serve in the Church, whether as priests, monks or lay leaders. We pray for their continued guidance and protection, and for the grace to fulfill their duties with love and devotion.
We give you thanks for your life of service and faith, and for the inspiration you continue to be to us. We ask that you continue to watch over us, and lead us to the eternal love and joy of heaven.
